1ST COURSE (served family tyle)
Faroe Islands Salmon Sashimi - avocado, cilantro, crispy capers - side chipotle-ponzu sauce
Japanese Hamachi Sashimi - yuzu-kosho, truffle oil - side yuzu-soy
Hokkaido Scallops Ceviche - orange supremes, jicama, pomegranate, avocado, house yuzu-ponzu, crispy leeks, micro-cilantro - served with tostada chips

About Chef Rodrigo Bravo & Belly Fish
A two-time Grammy award-winning musician, Rodrigo became a Michelin-trained chef later on his life. He has since worked with some of the biggest names in the culinary world, including Joan Roca, Gaggan Anand, Masaharu Morimoto and Danny Mayer. In 2020 he decided to pursue his own venture and start Belly Fish.
Belly Fish was born with the idea that Michelin-level sushi and seafood can be executed and delivered to homes preserving its freshness and esteemed quality. What started as a kitchen in Aventura during COVID-19 now has three delivery/takeout locations throughout South Florida. After much anticipation, Belly Fish openned it's first dine-in location in July 2024 where fans are be able to enjoy their incredible high-quality sushi and chef driven dishes in a new type of setting.
About Wok Star Supper Club
Eleanor Hoh’s popular Wok Star Supper Club is a series of gatherings held throughout the year in South Florida. Started in 2006, these gatherings are centered around celebrating Asian culture and cuisine. Her goal is to create a tasting sampler at a great value, support chef-owned restaurants while creating an evening filled with camaraderie and good Asian food.
The evening starts off with a meet and mingle with an exotic cocktail, then onto a sit down 4 course dinner. These gatherings are an excellent way to be introduced to what the restaurant has to offer and gives the chef an opportunity to talk about their philosophy and style of cooking.
