Join us for a fun and delicious evening filled with recipes and dishes that will help you shake off the cold this winter! In this interactive class, our Award-Winning Chefs will help you master the techniques you'll need to compose classic comfort food like a true professional. You'll make and dine on Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Pomme Puree, Beurre Rouge Sauce, and Maple-Glazed Carrots. Mulled Wine will be paired with dinner for guests 21 and over. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

About the Location

This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required.

Street parking is available.
