You know how, when and where wine is made – want to dig deeper? Go beyond the traditional chronology of winemaking with this masterclass and explore decisions that drive quality and style. We will cover key concepts such as skin contact, oxygen and blending, and how the diversity of approaches around them impacts the wines we love. Wines will be served alongside the discussion.
