Why natural wine? And what is it anyway?

In this interactive class, Theresa will go over a brief history of winemaking, some terminology, and the science of it all! There will be a hands on component and a winemaking demonstration. You'll leave with a better understanding of this progressive corner of the wine world!

As usual, we'll taste through 3 wines together, and there will be ample time for Q+A.

About Theresa: Theresa has worked at Rebel since 2021. Her passion for wine started at 19 years old after working a harvest in California. She has continued to work in the industry for the past 15 years in various roles including the cellar, lab, vineyard and behind the bar. You can catch them at Rebel on most Wednesday nights!
