Tessora's Barra di Vino invites you to join us for our Fall winemaker's dinner, featuring Luciana Gaido and wines from Bodegas y Viñedos Pascual Toso. We will be taking our seats at 6pm for a five-course dinner, with a wine pairing for each course.
Bodegas Toso was founded in 1890 by Pascual Toso, an Italian born into a winemaking family in Piedmont that emigrated to the Mendoza region of Argentina. Settling in the Maipu district, he soon expanded his winery, staying faithful to his principles of Tradition, Authenticity, and Innovation. With Paul Hobbs on board as a consultant, the wines of Pascual Toso are consistent award-winners and are considered among the best of all Argentinian wines produced.

1st Course-Amuse Bouche: Smoked Salmon Mousse on a Cocktail Blini with Strawberry “Caviar” Garnish; served with Toso Brut Rose
2nd Course-Appetizer: Crab and Brie Arancini with Mango Coulis; served with 2021 Pascal Toso Estate Chardonnay
3rd Course-Salad: Spring mix greens with dried cherries, cubes of Hatch Chili Cheddar, toasted almonds, and a Chipotle vinaigrette; served with 2021 Pascual Toso Reserva Malbec
4th Course-Main: Porcini and Herb Crusted Beef Roast with Blackened Corn and Tomato Confit, Roasted Garlic Cream, and a Toasted Quinoa Crunch; served with 2021 Pascual Toso Reserva Cabernet Franc
5th Course-Dessert: Blackberry Tart in a Coriander Spice Butter Crust with Earl Grey Ice Cream and Orange Port Syrup; served with 2019 Pascual Toso 'Finca Pedregal' Malbec/Cab Sauv Blend
