Tessora's Barra di Vino welcomes you to our first winemaker's dinner of 2023, featuring Mike Lewellen and the wines of Lucas & Lewellen Vineyards. We will be taking our seats at 6pm for a five-course dinner, with a wine pairing for each course.
Lucas & Lewellen is a Santa Barbara estate-based winery with four hundred acres situated among three distinct climate zones in Santa Barbara County - Santa Maria, Los Alamos, Santa Ynez - with more than sixteen varietals planted. Their tasting room in downtown Solvang is a must-visit.

1st: Crab Beignet on a dollop of Pineapple Preserves, dusted with Crushed Pistachios; served with the 2021 Chardonnay
2nd: Strawberry and Tarragon Ricotta Bruschetta with a White Balsamic Reduction; served with the 2021 Rose of Pinot Noir
3rd: Herbed Red Lettuce Salad dressed with sliced Fennel, Crispy Prosciutto, and a Blood Orange Gastrique; served with the 2021 Viognier
4th: Cocoa-Rubbed Beef Roast, with a side of Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes and Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Bundle; served with the 2019 Cabernet Franc
5th: Brule'd White Chocolate Napoleon with Blackberry Coulis, topped with Cocoa Whipped Cream and Candied Almonds; served with the 2018 'Hidden Asset' Red Blend
