Experience our Hess Persson Estate Wine Dinner on Thursday, August 24. This special event will be in the Royal Oak room overlooking the South Course and Atlas Peak. Limited seating available, guaranteeing an intimate night with Hess Persson Estate. Executive Chef Patrick Prager has created a four-course menu that pairs with these incredible Napa wines. Situated on the steep slopes of Mount Veeder, Napa, Hess Persson Estates is a family-owned and led winery known for its Hess Collection of luxury winemaking since 1978.
