We will offer five courses paired with five wines

The event is $115 per guest ($105 for Darcie Kent's club members) plus tax and tips. The $25 deposit will be deducted from the above prices.

The dinner is crafted by Terra Mia's Chef.

2021 SPARKLING GRÜNER VELTLINER paired with Ostriche Grigliate Oysters' tempura fried, served with citrus and garlic aioli.

2021 GRÜNER VELTLINER paired with Pollo alla Ballotine Braised chicken roulade, creamy polenta, spinach, natural chicken jus.

2022 Pistachio Lane Sauvignon Blanc paired with Gnocchi ai Funghi Porcini Poached halibut and home-made gnocchi served with a porcini mushroom broth, and fresh herbs.

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Tagliata di Manzo Roasted Tenderloin topped with Gorgonzola, roasted root vegetable, butternut squash puree, and red Cabernet wine reduction.

2021 Pinot Noir paired with Souffle al Cioccolato Fallen Chocolate souffle served with Pinot Noir glaze.
