This is a fun interactive event that will focus on specific wines from around the globe. We will examine the differences between the New-World and Old-World Wines. In the first class on 8/31, we will taste a Pinot Grigio from Italy, and Pinot Gris from Alsace and Oregon. On 9/7, we will taste Pinot Noirs from Burgundy, New Zealand, and California, and on 9/21 we will discover the different styles of Chardonnay. Tim O'Hare, Certified Sommelier and owner of the Charm City Wine School will walk you through the Systematic Approach to Tasting, Food & Wine Pairing along with tasting classic varietals from around the world.
