Class Experience

Join us for Wine Down Wednesday as we learn to incorporate wine into classic recipes This class is completely hands-on, and participants will eat what they have made. Wine is available for purchase.

• Cajun Pasta with Shrimp

• Roasted Okra

• Quick Beignets

• St. Germain Spritz

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Parking in Ballston Quarter parking lot is recommended. Park on level 4 or 5, then proceed to Mall level 3. We are located next to Macy’s.
