Terra, Eataly's rooftop restaurant, invites Italian producers to host Wine Dinners several times throughout the year. Our Eatalian chefs and hosts collaborate to curate an exclusive menu dedicated to the evening.
Prepare to indulge in a night of luxury, flavor, and fine wines. We are thrilled to invite you to a Wine Dinner like no other, where every sip and every bite will transport you to the heart of Tuscany.
San Felice encompasses three of Tuscany’s most famous estates that regularly appear in the Wine Spectator's top 100. They have an annual production of around one million bottles (1,025,000 of Chianti, 80,000 of Brunello, 40,000 of Rosso di Montalcino and 55,000 of Bolgheri), divided into16 labels, made entirely from estate-owned grapes.
San Felice is not only committed to producing high-quality wines but also to sustainability and environmental responsibility by aiming to reduce its ecological footprint, including organic vineyard management, energy-efficient operations, and waste reduction. In addition, San Felice is recognized for its involvement in viticultural research and innovation, such as playing a crucial role in reviving ancient Tuscan grape varieties like Pugnitello. This project has helped to highlight the rich viticultural heritage of Tuscany.
This intimate evening will offer an opportunity to explore the unique characteristics of these wines, expertly paired with a gourmet dinner designed to enhance every note and nuance of the San Felice collection.
