Chef Jessie Gomez is an Oklahoma native who was born with a passion to cook. He graduated from high school and Francis Tuttle culinary arts in 2017, and for the last seven years Jessie has dedicated his life to cooking. His most notable positions include sous chef at Cafe 501, Chef de Partie for the Alinea Group in Chicago, and executive chef at Sparrow Modern Italian. While studying in Chicago, Jessie got to experience cooking at the highest level for Michelin starred restaurants - led by world renowned chef Grant Achatz.
