Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh, handmade pasta to create a delicious chicken and artichoke dish with garden-fresh ingredients. You'll be tasting like a pro with Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People providing education and instruction while serving a flight of specially selected wines from Francis Ford Coppola Winery.
