Dr. Robin Back, Associate Professor and Interim Chair of the Department of Foodservice & Lodging Management will take you on a guided wine journey throughout South Africa where his family owns a historic wine farm that dates back to 1693. Dr. Back has over 25 years of experience in the retail, travel and tourism, and food and beverage industries in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, and the United States.
