Wine and cheese pairing is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Like most food pairings in general, some cheeses go better with certain wines than others. During this tasting we will try some of our favorite combinations and discuss what makes them so memorable. We will talk about the grapes, regions and styles while you sip and experience.
