We’ll never get tired of pairing wine with cheese, but when it’s time to really kick things up a notch, charcuterie is the way to go. Pates, terrines, cured meats...all delicious, all superb companions for wine and cheese.
Join educator (and charcuterie addict) Adam Centamore as he presents delicious combinations of meats, cheeses and wines.
You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class. We will provide a wine and cheese tasting list for those who wish to take the class online.
