In this Class You Will:

• Learn and taste the difference of three popular pizza crust styles- Flatbread, Neapolitan and Sicilian/Grandma style
• Observe as our Pizzaiuolo shows the class an overview of each style
• Taste and enjoy 3 crust styles and 6 topping combinations pizza’s.
• Enjoy a wine pairing with each from the great Caymus, California vineyards. There will be whites and red’s.

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
• Seating is first-come, first-served
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 15-30 minutes
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
