The Dinner:

Enjoy your choice of Chateau Aeronautique Winery wines or Blue Skies Brewery beers perfectly paired with six delicious gourmet courses prepared by 'Chef ' of Big Guy Catering.

With every course, Owner/Winemaker/Airline Pilot Lorenzo Lizarralde will speak of the wines and beers -- and then regale you with a flying story. Having flown the world for five airlines, he has plenty of stories from which to choose!

Six Courses / You choose WINE or BEER pairing with each course - $80 per person includes tax and tip, no worries! This dinner is being held at our Irish Hills Winery/Brewery in Onsted, Michigan; for reservations to the same dinner with flying stories at our Airpark Tasting Room in Jackson, Michigan, select the AIRPARK dinner on Eventbrite or call either location to manually make a reservation.

The Venue:

We are a Winery, Brewery & Pizzeria in the Irish Hills of Michigan with an awesome 5,500-square-foot Biergarten! The Biergarten is an amazing Timberframe structure with radiant heat for year-round enjoyment protected from the elements -- with an open-air, outdoor feel.
