Wine And Food Pairing Italian Brunch Cookery 12 Noon Class

Cost: $78

Who doesn't love brunch? Especially prepared Italian style. We will pair amazing Italian wines with each course. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.

As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines with our importer Russ Lorber.
