Dark Chocolate and Cabernet Sauvignon are classic pairings. Join us as we taste more combinations to delight your palate. White chocolate and white wine? Absolutely. What about milk chocolate? We will pair that, too. Different intensities of dark chocolate have their own special pairings. Let’s try those as well!

About your Instructor

Jill Kummer has been a culinary instructor for several years, teaching at both Westmoreland County Community College and Pittsburgh Technical College, specializing in beverage management/wines, and spirits. After a successful career in food and beverage in the hotel industry, she decided to explore teaching opportunities in hospitality. The study of beverages, specifically wine, has always been a passion and has been shown throughout her career.
