About this Class: Sit at our table and learn from our resident Brand Ambassador about Italian wines and cheeses. Together, our Brand Ambassador will walk you through a tasting journey of the best selection of vini and formaggi. Not only will you learn how to perfectly pair each selection, but you’ll also learn about the stories behind the products.

About this Region: This winter, the Alps are closer than ever before – at Eataly! The Alps are one of Europe’s most famous mountain ranges, stretching across eight countries from Monaco to Slovenia. The Italian Alps are found in the northern-most regions of Italy: Valle d’Aosta, Piemonte, Lombardia, Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, and Fruili-Venezia Giulia. The influence of bordering France, Switzerland, and Austria, as well as the rugged, unique climate, has created wines, cheeses, and cuisines unlike anything else in the world.

In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will:

• Taste a selection of Alpine cheeses
• Taste Alpine wines specifically selected to pair with the cheeses
• Learn to taste wine and choose pairings like an expert

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
