Chef Dan Wecker and Chef de Cuisine & Gnome Grown Mushrooms owner Chef Patrick Rodeheaver are hosting an exotic mushroom dinner Thursday October 20th at their farm to table inspired restaurant, The Elkridge Furnace Inn. The menu, which is designed exclusively for those who love mushrooms, includes mushroom + cheese charcuterie, maitake + ham potato croquette, wild mushroom panzanella, grilled hanger steak & wild mushroom baklava. Each course is paired with a hand selected wine paring to further enhance the dining experience.
