Welcome to Retsina” is the first event in a new meeting series launched by The Greek Kitchen and Le Bonheur: “The Greek Kitchen Wednesdays”.
Retsina is the most known and probably the most hated Greek wine ever. Does it deserve these names? We’ll try to find out.
We’ll talk about Greek wines, Retsina’s origins, various types of Retsina, and ways to enjoy this interesting and underestimated wine, altogether with the traditional Greek meze on the table.
We’ll taste 5 Retsinas from different regions, grapes, and producers:
We’ll start at 7pm on Wednesday June 7th in a private room in The Greek Kitchen (889 10th Avenue, New York)
The places are limited so please get your free ticket now:
We hope you’ll join us in this journey to real Greece!
