Inspired by the graceful movements of a ballerina—and by our new label, 2024 Otia Chardonnay “Ballerina”—this holiday menu is choreographed to pair seamlessly with each wine: light opening notes, expressive mid-course “spins,” and a beautifully composed finale. Just like a ballet performance, every course and wine pairing moves in harmony to tell a story of balance, artistry, and celebration.
