• 2012 Olga Raffault Chinon La Singulière – Mature and earthy with tobacco, plum, and forest floor notes
• 2022 Benanti Etna Rosso – Volcanic and structured with cherry, smoke, and spice
• 2016 Château Les Trois Croix, Fronsac – Classic Bordeaux with blackcurrant and cedar
• 2020 Duemani 'Altrovino' Merlot e Cabernet Franc – Velvety and rich with dark berries and herbal depth

Served with a curated selection of cheese, charcuterie, and seasonal plates by Chef David Féau.
