Break all the wine-pairing rules at this lively, unpretentious dinner hosted by Wildest chef Trilby Tatro and master sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji. This fun, flavor-packed evening features five gourmet tacos — highlighting meat, fish, and plant-based ingredients — each paired with a distinct wine varietal. Discover bold, unexpected combinations that challenge traditional pairings. To cap off the night, enjoy a rare, exclusive tequila from the Sierras of Northern Mexico — so rare, it was illegal until the 1990s. Come for the adventurous flavors, stay for the laughs.
