Traditionally, the three-year anniversary gift is leather, symbolizing strength, durability, and flexibility — so Chef Chris Tatalovich has crafted a menu highlighting the richness of dry-aged steak as the star of the evening. Join us for a celebratory 5-course dinner with curated wine pairings in honor of our third anniversary.

Menu

• Welcome: smoked salmon, cucumber, mascarpone cream & ahi tuna toast, wasabi, wakami seaweed
• Salad: gem lettuce, heirloom tomato, candied pork belly, EVOO, balsamic glaze
• Interlude: grass-fed roasted bone marrow, toast
• Main: dry-aged filet, blue cheese crisp, black garlic butter, hasselback potatoes, wild mushroom sauté
• Dessert: Mexican chocolate mousse, cinnamon cream
