Many people see autumn as an ending as leaves fall and the growing season stops, but many ways, it signals a new beginning as we head into winter and the next year. Autumn is a special time for food and wine as we as there are many incredible fresh-harvested fruits and vegetables available to fill up the dinner table. Eating locally is fabulous in fall, and this evening Chef Scott Torgerson and his team are thrilled to spotlight autumn-inspired dishes while our Co-op sommeliers pair and discuss the perfect wines to accompany dinner.
