Join us for a unique and immersive art and movement experience: "Vino & Vinyasa Vibes"! A yoga session followed by an art session.

An 80s dance music themed yoga class! Our 60 minute yoga flow will be focused on the heart chakra. after our dance yoga session we will settle in for a relaxed art session! Where you'll paint your very own heart chakra medallion.
