Fontainebleau’s Cellar 1954 Dinner Series welcomes Viña Don Melchor for an indulgent evening showcasing a custom multi-course menu. Special guest Enrique Tirado, Viña Don Melchor’s CEO and Winemaker, will guide guests through an exclusive selection of vintage pours, perfectly paired with dishes custom-created by Mirabella’s Executive Chef Paul Keyser. A cheers to milestones, 2024 marks Viña Don Melchor’s 35th harvest anniversary, as well as Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s 70th anniversary.
