❤️Spirits of Norway Vineyard is pleased to announce our Valentine’s Day Farm to Table Dinner and Wine Pairing on Tuesday, February 14th. Spirits of Norway produces award winning, locally made wine from locally grown grapes. The wine pairing will feature our estate made wines.

A & A Catering of Kenosha and their culinary team have created a five course up-scale menu that will be complimented perfectly by award winning wines.

❤️Course One: Roasted Grape Salad with Toasted Pistachios, Gorgonzola, and Red Wine Pistachio Vinaigrette...paired with PURE PRAIRIE - semi-dry white wine with aromas of prairie grass and flavors of pear, crisp citrus, green apple, hay, honeydew melon and a hint of honey.

❤️Course Two: Root Vegetable and Brown Butter Bisque with Carrot Top and Sage Pesto...paired with CAN WE BE FRIENDS - red blend featuring the cherry & berry characteristics of Marquette with the jelly-jam flavors of the Bluebell wine grapes, creating a lush semi-sweet red wine.

❤️Course Three: Chicken Spiedini (Breaded and Stuffed Chicken Breast with Soppressata and Swiss Chard Ricotta with Chardonnay Cream Sauce and Sunflower Seed Pesto...paired with CHARDONEL - this off dry, medium bodies wine displays its alluring and unique aromas and flavors of apples, fresh ripe pears, hints of toasty oak with a light crisp citrus finish.

❤️Course Four: Red Wine Braised Beef with Sautéed Mushrooms, Celery Root Mashed Potatoes, Charred Carrot and Fresh Shallot...paired with MONTEPULCIANO - made from imported Italian grapes, this medium-bodied with soft tannins and juicy fruit flavors of wild cherry, blackberry and plum.

❤️Course Five: Blood Orange Panna Cotta with Port Wine Cream, Dark Chocolate and Candied Orange Peel...paired with MOCHA VINO - featuring notes of rich chocolate, coffee and red wine to excite your senses. Not too sweet, nor overly dry, this wine is a treasure to savor.

The venue for this special event is The Tichigan Lake Lions Club Civic Center located at 6710 Big Bend Road (Hwy-164) Waterford.

Tickets for this delightful experience are $85 per person, limited to 50 guests for this enchanting evening. The doors will open at 6:00 pm with all guests will receive a flute of Sparkling PINK wine at reception to toast the fun experience. Dinner will start serving at 6:30 sharp.
