Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared four-course dinner with the following selections:

• 8 oz filet mignon served with a velvety peppercorn sauce.
• Pan-seared salmon complemented by a delicate champagne cream sauce.
• Tender chicken breast simmered in a Tuscan-style cream sauce with spinach and sun dried tomatoes
