Celebrate love at Fox Run! Enjoy a thoughtfully curated six-course dinner paired with six wines (including tank & barrel samples!) prepared by Chef Brud Holland in our historic barrel room. Each course delightfully harmonizes with Fox Run’s wines- a combination that is too good to resist.

Tickets are $125/person plus tax & gratuity. Reservations required.*Due to the nature of the menu, we are not able to accommodate any menu substitutions or dietary restrictions for this event.

Sweet potato pancake, arugula, house-made ricotta & cold smoked NYS steelhead trout; Lamb & spinach spanikopita; Mussels with roasted vegetables

Wine Pairing: 2017 Blanc de Blancs AND 2022 Cabernet Franc Rosé (tank sample)

Course 2

Pulled pork arancini, crushed green peas, Chardonnay Muranda Farmhouse Parm cream

Warm kale & savoy cabbage salad with langostino, chorizo and roasted NY abundance potatoes, creamy herb dressing

Chocolate bread pudding with vanilla bean sauce; Hedonia (white Port) poached ginger gold apples; Tawny Port cookie- dried fruit cookie with toasted nuts & Tawny Port ice cream- house-made chocolate ice cream with dried fruit and toasted nuts
