Join us for a gourmet three-course meal, prepared by Chef Seth Fernald, and support the UW Farm in this critical fundraiser!

Welcome UW Farm Supporters!

The UW Farm invites you to dine with us on October 6th at the Center for Urban Horticulture to show your support for the UW Farm and celebrate the farm's contribution to our community! Enjoy a fall harvest three-course, family-style dinner (including 3 drink tickets per person) prepared by Celebrity Chef Seth Fernald, using locally harvested ingredients from our own UW Farm. Sparkling wine is courtesy of Treveri Cellars and red wine provided by Andrew Januik along with 4Good Hard Seltzer and Burke-Gilman Brewing beer. Show extra support and come early for an optional personalized tour of the farm, appetizers, and a pre-dinner sparkling wine toast. Guests will have the chance to watch the chef in action as he prepares your food for the evening in a glass-enclosed room.

The UW Farm strives to educate students and community volunteers about sustainable farming practices and create awareness of our local food system, while providing fresh food to the UW campus dining program and the greater Seattle community. The UW Farm regularly provides donations to food banks and food pantries, including the UW Food Pantry and University District Food Bank. This event will allow you to give back to the UW Farm and help support their efforts to feed and teach the community!

Chef Seth Fernald has prepared a seasonal menu for this evening's dinner. The 3-course menu, served family style, will include a selection of the chef’s signature dishes. His goal is to connect diners to the land while celebrating all the efforts taken to get the food to the table, using freshly harvested ingredients from the UW Farm. Seth's passion is to bring fresh food using local ingredients to members of the community and to help provide food to those in need. Vegan and Vegetarian options will be available!

Note: Our tables seat 10 and will be served family style. We encourage you to fill a table with your family and friends. Singles, couples and smaller groups are also welcome and will enjoy meeting new friends on the farm!

Fresh Bread: Served with Tomato Conserva, Balsamic, EVOO

1st Course: Ratatouille - Romesco, Pickled Yellowfin Squash, Tomato Vinegar

2nd Course: Pure Country 21 Day Dry Aged Toro Steak - Boulangere Potato, Snap Beans, Preserved Lemon Salsa Verde (Vegetarian/Vegan option available)

Dessert: Crostata - Apple and Plum Filling, Rosemary, Wild Flower Honey
