The Museum and Gardens at Liberty Hall present Uncork History Lecture Series!

Enjoy our summer series in the garden and join us for Uncork History: Romance, Gender, and John Quincy Adams. Most people know about John and Abigail Adams’s famous marriage, but what did their son have to say about love and America’s young ladies? At this Uncork History, you can learn more about how women were expected to behave in the earliest years of the United States, how courtships formed and fell apart, and what young people’s social lives looked like, all from the perspective of a young John Quincy Adams, the United States’ future sixth president. Afterward relax in our historic gardens with wine and finger foods, as the sun sets. It's perfect for a date night or a night out with friends!

Light refreshments served. Must be 21 years or older to attend.

Reservations Required.
