With dark, cold evenings, our tendency can be to cozy up with the familiar, but let’s turn it around and explore new things! In this class, we’ll highlight lesser-known varietals like Mencia, Gamay and Chenin Blanc and travel off-the-beaten path to the Finger Lakes in upstate New York and Montsant, the mountainous village surrounding Priorat. The new flavors are sure to help beat the winter doldrums and will spark culinary ideas.
