Indulge in a variety of confections in this hands-on technique class with Chef Joy. She'll guide you through making chocolate truffles with delicious inclusions such as cappuccino, Earl Grey and mint. In addition, you'll create chocolate bark and nut brittle. Guests will leave with a variety of treats to take home!

Nonalcoholic beverages will be provided and guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy during the class.
