THE GOAT by David Burke - located at the former Piero’s - is an Italian-American bistro with a menu centered around a gorgeous, custom-made, wood-burning oven. The restaurant designed by celebrity Chef Burke, a Hazlet native, has everything that makes a restaurant a favorite, neighborhood spot - a spirited goat-themed décor, a fun-filled, laidback vibe, superior food, premium wines, craft beers and artisan cocktails served with unwavering hospitality.

First Course

Sauvignon Blanc Mantazas Creek

Pastrami cured salmon, corn cake, capers, red onion, horseradish, and crème fraiche

Riva Ranch Chardonnay

Shrimp, piquillo pepper, and prosciutto risotto with shaved parm

Third Course

Hilary Cabernet Sauvignon

Lamb shank ravioli, pistachio gremolata, goat cheese crumble, and dried cranberries

Turkey cutlet steak diane wild mushroom and pearl onion

Braised short rib and seared sea scallop surf and turf stew with cumin and Béarnaise sauce

THE GOAT is open Tuesday – Saturday for lunch 12 - 3:45 p.m. Dinner starts at 4 p.m., Sunday Brunch from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

New Jersey’s Greatest Angry Goat Happy Hour daily from 4 – 6 p.m. with deep-discounted drinks and bar menu Tuesday – Friday noon – 6 p.m.; Saturday from Noon – 6 p.m. Sunday all-day until close.

Private dining room available for social and business events.
