An intimate wine dinner featuring an exceptional line up of wines, each from a different California wine region!
For our June dinner at this new, North Park location we'll be pouring an exceptional line up of wines which highlight some of California's most iconic wine regions! We'll tour down through 5 different wine regions, including Napa, Sonoma, Amador, Lodi and Paso Robles. Each region will showcase a different varietal and style of wine. We will also be showcasing some great wineries, including HALL, Michael David, Dry Creek, Thacher and Bella Grace. You won't want to miss this fantastic evening of wine, food and conversation.
* Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in event space. A flight of exterior, low-rise stairs is the only way to access this event area.
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food and educational insights!
