Our “Homeless Guest Winemaker” series features winemakers without a tasting room of their own. Our guest today is GARIBALDI CELLARS, a family-owned boutique winery — a dream in the making for more than 30 years. Their small batch, handcrafted wine is derived from the fruit of the McMinnville AVA of the Willamette Valley. The vines are sustainably farmed, and non-irrigated, utilizing only natural watering methods. The fruit is handpicked and sorted to ensure the highest quality in every bottle. Garibaldi wines i include two beautifully complex Pinot Noirs, our elegant small-batch Chardonnay, a crisp and refreshing Rosé of Pinot Noir, and our enjoyably unique Cuvée Bianco.
Our flight includes wines form both Garibaldi and Anam Cara.
