We invite you to our very first Three Trees Beer Pairing Dinner in our brand new event room, Sanctum, named for a place set apart for warmth, refuge, and celebration.

The Sanctum’s opening will be marked with a special six-course beer pairing dinner, inspired by local flavors, seasonality, and unique craft brews.

On Thursday, February 26th, guests will gather at the long table to share thoughtfully prepared food, expertly paired Banded beers, and good company as we begin the story of this new space together. Your hosts, owner and brewer Ian, and kitchen manager and chef Emily, will be guiding you through the evening.

This intimate, ticketed event is limited to 60 seats and will take place in the Sanctum Private Event Room from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (end time is estimated).

Your $75 ticket includes:

• Six curated food courses
• Six paired Banded beer pours
• One mix-and-match 4-pack of 16oz cans to-go
• Reserved seating in the Sanctum Event Room
