Our evenings at Franca’s Italian Specialties are always popular, and last year we completely filled the restaurant twice for our super delicious six-course Vine & Dine pairing dinners and a one-off Fine & Dine dinner too.
Franca and Mario Flaviano have been feeding Calgarians for many years, and are well known too for Franca’s beautiful gift baskets and exclusive Italian chocolates, but they’re still a bit of a hidden gem for those that know where to find them!
The restaurant normally only opens at lunchtimes and on weekend evenings, but they are opening specially for Culinaire Vine & Dine for our three nights in September!
