On Wednesday, September 16 from 6:30–9:30 PM, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu expertly paired with a selection of The Setting wines. Each pairing will highlight the winery’s dedication to terroir-driven winemaking, distinctive vineyard sites, and the belief that the most memorable wines are meant to be enjoyed in the perfect setting.

Established in 2014, The Setting Wines was created by three friends—Jeff Cova, Noah McMahon, and acclaimed winemaker Jesse Katz. Built upon relationships spanning decades throughout Napa and Sonoma, The Setting sources fruit from some of the most prestigious vineyards these celebrated wine regions have to offer.

At the heart of The Setting is winemaker Jesse Katz, whose remarkable career has taken him to renowned wineries and vineyards around the world. Katz was the first winemaker named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list, and his experience includes time at legendary estates including Chateau Pétrus, Screaming Eagle, Robert Foley Winery, Viña Cobos, and Bodega Noemia. His approach centers on selecting unique vineyard sites and using thoughtful farming and winemaking techniques to capture the deepest expression of each vineyard.

The Setting’s philosophy is rooted in bringing together wine, place, and experience. Today, its acclaimed portfolio spans wines from Sonoma, Napa, and Oregon’s Willamette Valley, including Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The result is a collection of distinctive wines created to celebrate memorable moments, meaningful company, and, of course, the perfect setting.
