Prisoner Wine Company, known for rule-bending red blends and renegade wine making techniques expands our perception of what you can yield from Napa Valley’s terroir. A truly ‘Out of the Box’ wine experience.
If you do not already know Prisoner Wine – you’ll be impressed. Nominated in 2020 for ‘Best Winery of the Year’ by Wine Enthusiast and rated 90 and above by Robert Parker every single year since launch.

We begin with Blue Crab Dip – Ruth’s style. You’ve had crab dip before, but not like this!

Next up is Tempura Jumbo Shrimp with a honey soy reduction
~ paired with ‘Unshackled’ Sparkling Brut
Veal Osso Bucco Ravioli with New Orleans BBQ butter
~ paired with Saldo Zinfindel
For the main course, we feature a Tenderloin Filet topped with Fig & Port reduction and accompanied by Pearl Couscous and Summer Squash with lemon and Feta
~paired with the Prisoner Red Blend – the one that put them on the map!
We wrap up the evening with a Lemon Chiffon Cheesecake with raspberry coulis
