Back with a vengeance: the 2022 Poverty Bay Blues & Brews Fest. Save the date for Saturday, August 27th for 4 earth-shaking blues performances and dozens of life-changing craft-beers from the Northwest’s Best Beer makers.

All happening in the Center of the known universe. Des Moines, Washington. In a perfectly tuned natural amphitheater that very well may have been carved out by a volcanic eruption.

100% of the net proceeds from Blues & Brews goes to causes powered by the Rotary, like putting instruments in the hands of kids in need who want to play in band.

Enjoy a day on the shores of Puget Sound, listening and dancing to the tunes of the some of the most outstanding blues artists in the Pacific Northwest while helping us fund our charitable projects including our primary beneficiary Highline Music4Life.

To complement your blues we will be featuring over 15 local breweries, ciders and wine and a variety of fine foods from Cafe Pacifica Catering. The Festival will be located on the shores of Puget Sound at the Des Moines Beach Park. This is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine, you must be 21 or older to attend and no pets will be allowed inside the event.

No outside food or beverages allowed. Low lawn chairs and picnic blankets allowed. There will be plenty of parking in the marina with a free shuttle circulating the marina and downtown Des Moines on a regular basis. While you are in town, you might want to visit the Des Moines Farmer's Market.

Tickets are $40 Early Bird; $45 General Admission, $50 Last Call. Six tasting tokens included with the price of admission. All beer tastings are one Token! (Designated Driver tickets are $20.00 and available at the gate only) Thanks to the efforts of our volunteers and the financial support of club members, 100% of the net proceeds support the Des Moines Rotary's charitable projects.
