The Flavor Series: "Funky" Cheese

Say Cheese! Every Thursday night for the month of October we will feature cheeses that are often described using some well-known cheese flavor descriptors. We're continuing this series with one of our mongers' favorite adjectives: FUNKY! This class will feature cheeses with funky notes & our expert cheesemonger will explain some of the science behind these flavors & smells. We will be tasting 5 cheeses that we think you'll like if you find yourself saying this word at our counter or are feeling adventurous!

For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.

To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other.
