​This December, we’re setting the table at one of New York’s most exciting new restaurants — Gaia, a newly-opened Mediterranean gem that debuted in Herald Square in late 2024. Housed in a beautifully restored 1903 building, Gaia celebrates cultural heritage through soulful dishes, warm design, and hospitality that feels like home.

​At The Dinner Table, we believe the best nights out feel a little like home. We’re bringing our NYC social dining community together in this stunning new space to experience a traditional Mediterranean dinner party.

​Join us and 15 – 20 guests for an intimate evening of shared dishes, thoughtful conversation, and cozy moments in one of Manhattan’s newest destinations for slow meals and new friendships!

​Because we've had so much interest and demand in our original dinner party with Gaia on Thursday, December 11th — we've opened up another dinner party date on Wednesday December 10th!

• ​Dinner service includes a family-style 3-course dinner for each guest.
• ​Each guest will also receive one complementary glass of red or white wine included with their ticket purchase.
• ​Additional beverages can be purchased throughout the event.

• ​7:00 PM - 7:45 PM: Mix and Mingle
• ​Come and meet with other Dinner Table guests, get to know who you'll be dining with!
• ​1 Complimentary Drink: a glass of wine served at check-in.
• ​7:45 PM - 9:30 PM: Family-Style Dinner Service by Gaia
• ​Guests will switch seats between courses!
• ​9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Closing Announcements
• ​Closing remarks to conclude the afternoon.
• ​This is your chance to exchange contact information with those you've met!

• ​Gaia's menu is rooted in Mediterranean simplicity: mezze, whole fish, seasonal salads, grilled meats, and more—crafted with a clean, oil‑based technique that highlights their ingredients.

1. ​​What is the general age range of your events? ​​We encourage guests from all ages and backgrounds to attend our events. Our programming is tailored to anyone looking to meet others. ​​Generally, we've seen the age range of our events to be between 25-40 years old. That's not to say anyone outside of that range can't attend!
2. ​What's the difference between General Admission tickets and Men & Women tickets? ​Any ticket purchase gets the same experience, there is no difference. ​We've created gendered tickets to ensure a relatively even distribution of guests at our events. GA is open to anyone.
3. ​​Can I come alone? ​​Yes, we encourage it! Our goal at The Dinner Table is to create meaningful connections through cuisine and art. Many of our guests leave with new friends at the end of the event.
4. ​​What is your refund policy? ​​We understand sometimes things come up, and that's why we offer a full credit to your next event if you cancel ten days before the event
5. ​​Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies? ​​Yes. Our team ensures the restaurant's menus are flexible to account for a wide array of dietary preferences.
