First Course: Lobster toast and 401 Classic Caesar salad, shaved parmesan, garlic croutons and house dressing.

Second Course: Classic New England Lobster roll: fresh lobster, butter and mayonnaise in a toasted roll with house made cole slaw

Third Course: Lobster Mac & Cheese made wth cavatelli, smoked gouda cream sauce, and lobster morsels, topped with herbed panko crust.

Fourth Course: 8 oz. Lobster tail with drawn butter and house made Old Bay French fries

Fifth Course: A Dessert Trio of summer favorites including a red velvet cupcake, chocolate fudge brownie and house made cannoli
