This is over $7,000 in great cabernet! Targeting 20 guests (when sold out). We will open and taste at least 20 wines (minimum one bottle per guest) at this fantastic Cabernet based dinner. Learn about the future of Cabernet, lean into the past, and see what the smaller top producers are doing to this amazing industry. The event is paired with a multi-course steak dinner provided by Jar restaurant with the legendary Chef Suzanne Tracht. Then the wines are served 3 at a time blind
