What's your favorite cheese? Join Beautiful Rind's big cheese and American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional, Randall Felts, as he leads you through a few his favorite cheeses. He'll taste them with you, tell you why he loves them, and maybe even include a few surprises along the way. This annual tasting is a fun and informal way to try some truly awesome cheeses and learn what makes a cheese that one of the country's top cheesemongers loves.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
